  • Give kids animal toys or illustrations
  •  Let the children create names, as Adam did with the animals.

CRAFT

Material
  • Blue, green, brown construction paper (or cardstock)
  • White paper
  • Stickers/drawings of animals and tree
  • Colouring pencils

Instructions
  1. Give a white paper to the children and let them create your garden of Eden.
  2. Give the children blue, green, and brown paper for land and water.
  3. Using only their hands, the children will create land and water.
  4. Using stickers/drawings of animals and trees, the children will complete their garden.
  5. You can let the children draw Adam and Eve in their garden.

Objective
Ask the children how they felt creating their own garden, just like God did.

GAME

Material
  • Dominos
 
Instructions
  1. Ask the children to line up dominos
  2. The leader gently tips the first one.
  3. Repeat and have different set of dominos

Objective
Show how one thing (like a choice Adam made) affects everything else. Talk about how our choices matter, just like Adam’s choice affected the world.

CREATIVE SNACK

Material
  • Napkins
  • Small plates
  • Cut fruits: apple, grapes, raisins

Steps
  1. Distribute cut fruits to the children.
  2. Ask the children to make a fun face using apple slices, grapes, raisins, and other fruits to remember the fruit in the Garden of Eden.

Disscusion
  1. Explain that not all fruit is bad; it was the disobedience that mattered.

OBJECT LESSON

Material
  • Remote-control

Instructions
  • Show a remote-control toy.
  •  Explain God didn’t make us “remote controlled”—He gave us free will to choose, just like Adam and Eve could choose

Let children discuss why choices are so important.
